Shipping Methods

Your order is shipped to Greece, Cyprus and Rest of Europe:

After completing your order, you will be sent an email with the detailed information of your order and the tracking number or an SMS message to your mobile phone, depending on what you selected at CHECKOUT.

GREECE:

Via GENIKI TAHYDROMIKI Courier in 1-3 business days (and with tracking number) with shipping costs of €3 euros. Free shipping with purchases of €50 or as indicated.

CYPRUS:

Via ACS Courier in 5-10 business days (and with tracking number) with shipping costs of €5 euros.
Via ACS Express in 1-3 business days (and with tracking number) with shipping costs of €13.80 euros.

REST OF EUROPE:

Via GREEK POST in 3-5 working days from the day of shipment (and with a tracking number) with shipping costs of €17 euros.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is not available, we will ship the portion of your order that is available. When that item is available, we will ship the remainder of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The delivery date of your order may vary due to shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method and quantity of orders you have ordered and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping costs may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. If there is damage to the items you ordered upon delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at info@hairmind.gr
