01 SHAMPOO: Apply to wet hair and gently massage into scalp. Rinse and repeat if necessary.

02 MASK: Apply a teaspoon of mask evenly to clean, damp hair. Use more for longer hair or as a second application to the ends and try a wide-tooth comb for more even distribution.

Leave for 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
