INSTRUCTIONS:
Use by following these simple instructions:
- Wet the teeth with your tongue. Apply one strip (on either side) to the lower teeth, avoiding the gum line.
- Fold the excess tape behind the teeth. The tape will stick to the teeth. Repeat for the top teeth.
- Allow the 2 strips to dissolve. The strips should be completely dissolved after approximately 20 minutes.
- Immediately after the 20 minutes are up, repeat again with 2 more strips (one for the lower teeth and one for the upper teeth).
- DO NOT brush your teeth for 30 minutes before and after application, avoiding fluoride toothpastes during this time period.
(Use 4 strips daily, for 14 days, 2 for the upper teeth and 2 for the lower teeth, 20 minutes apart. See the application video below).
